Terms & Condition

These terms and conditions explain the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of this Agreement.

A. The Payment:

A.1: Our online quotation does not include insurance or taxes payable to the government or customer’s specific requirements unless it is specified at the online agreement or in a separated written and signed agreement.
A.2: Please bear in mind that we will use CCTV camera recording to ensure the care and the quality monitoring, therefore, we will use our recordings as the evidence in any event of the law requirement.
A.3: A full payment required for each specific service booking upon agreement after our quotation has been accepted and it is not refundable if the service booking has been cancelled in less than 48 hours before the service request is due to be done.
A.4: 50% of the full payment for the service that agreed and booked will be refundable if cancelled in less than 5 days before the service request is due to be done.
A.5: 85% of the full payment for the service that agreed and booked will be refundable if cancelled in less than 8 days before the service request is due to be done.
A.6: 100% of the full payment for the service that agreed and booked will be refundable if cancelled in over 8 days before the service request is due to be done. A.7: The client will be responsible to fill in our online forms accurately otherwise the quote will be an invalid quote due to the client’s error and a new price or fees are applicable. Please bear in mind that our on the spot price and fees may vary and will be slightly higher because of extra care, manpower and time that it may be required.
A.8: We have to pay parking or other fees or charges including congestion charge for carrying our job in central London or pass through it. The client is responsible to pay any fines accrued due to the client’s negligence.
A.9: The client will be responsible to pay any reasonable charges arising from the delays because of the traffic congestion or roadblocks on our way.

B. Works we will not be able to include in our responsibilities

B.1: Dismantle or assemble household/garden furniture or equipment of any kind.
B.2: Disconnect or re-connect, dismantle or re-assemble appliances, fixtures, fittings or equipment.
B.3: Remove material or items from a loft unless it is safe and accessed safely.

C. Insurance and Responsibility

C.1: We are fully insured for the public liabilities but limited to do insurance on your household, furniture or appliance to the amount that you have chosen either at your online or in person agreement. If we have certainly identified as the negligent party for damaging an item we will pay you up to £50 per damaged item or up to your insurance limit maximum.
C.2: If your property or household item has been damaged due to your instruction, our insurance will not cover that damaged item.
C.3: The client will be responsible to have its final checking at the end of our work and if there is any damage to be found, the client will have to notify us right away otherwise we are not obligated to accept the responsibility for the damaged property or item and our insurance will not cover it.
C.4: The client will be responsible to obtain and pay for any relevant permits, licences or documents that required for the move to be carried out.
C.5: The client will be responsible to sign the form of the completion upon completing the work that required successfully. Please bear in mind that we will use CCTV camera recording to ensure the care and the quality monitoring, therefore, we will use our recordings as the evidence in any event of the law requirement.
C.6: The client will be responsible for emptying, defrosting and clean refrigerators and freezers. C.7: The client will be responsible for their own transportation as we will not be able to carry passengers in our transporters.
C.8: The client will be responsible for the disposal of any unwanted items or materials.
C.9: The client will be responsible to transport any valuable items such as expensive paintings, Jewellery, watches, precious stones or metals, money, documents, mobile telephones, portable and stored media, electronically held data, stamps, coins, or goods or collections of any kind as our insurance will not cover as such.
C.10: By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are obligated to confirm and take full responsibilities of the ownership of the goods or authority to move them with our company.

D. Goods that are not permitted to be moved in our transportation

D.1: Any kind of firearms and ammunition or explosive. Please bear in mind that we will be obligated to inform the authorities if we see such items in our moveable tasks.
D.2: Potentially dangerous including gas bottles that are not standardly regulated.
D2: Hazardous liquids or materials.
D3: Any type of animals, fish, reptiles, birds or plants.

E. We shall not be liable for delays or failures to provide the services under this Agreement as a result of:

E.1: War, invasion, hostilities, civil war, terrorism.
E.2: Military coup, Act of God, adverse weather, third party industrial action.
E.3: Re-scheduled sailing, departure or arrival times, port congestion, or other such events outside our reasonable control.
E.4: Loss or damage arising from Chemical, Biological, Biochemical, Radioactive, Electromagnetic activity and or weapons and Cyber Attack.

F. Other than as a result of Our negligence or breach of contract we will not be liable for any loss, damage or failure to produce the goods as a result of:

F.1: Normal wear and tear, natural or gradual deterioration, leakage or evaporation or from perishable or unstable goods. This includes goods left within furniture or appliances.
F.2: Moth or vermin or similar infestation.
F.3: Cleaning, repairing or restoring unless We arranged for the work to be carried out.
F.4: Changes caused by atmospheric conditions such as dampness, mould, mildew, rusting, tarnishing, corrosion, or gradual deterioration unless directly linked to ingress of water.
F.5: For any goods in wardrobes, drawers or appliances, or in a package, bundle, carton, case or other containers not both packed and unpacked by Us.
F.6: Loss of or damage to china, glassware and fragile items unless they have been both professionally packed and unpacked by us or our Subcontractor. In the event of an accident involving an owner packed container where damage would have occurred irrespective of the quality of the packing, then our liability is limited to £100 or its actual value whichever is less. F.7: For electrical or mechanical derangement to any appliance, instrument, clock, computer or other equipment unless there is evidence of related external damage.
F.8: Loss or damage of motor vehicles caused by scratching, denting and marring unless you obtain from us a pre-collection condition report.
F.9: For any goods which have a pre-existing defect or are inherently defective.
F.10: For perishable items and/or those requiring a controlled environment.
F.11: Loss of structural integrity of furniture constructed of particle board.

G. End of tenancy cleaning

G.1: For the end of tenancy cleaning we will be happy to work alongside you or we will take full responsibility if you can trust us with the office or house key or let our worker yourself. G.2: Our agent will finished the work in a reasonable time frame as we have carefully employed him/her and will notify you to allow you to have a look and sign the completion.

H. Garden or House clearance

H.1: We will be responsible only for the clearance of your unwanted items and materials but not cleaning, gardening or tiding up of your requested premise. H.2: A separated fee will be payable by the client for tipping out of waste, rubbish or unwanted materials.

I. Construction and waste clearance

I.1: The client will be responsible to provide the required tools if requires for moving the materials, unwanted or waste. I.2: We will not be able to disposal the hazardous waste as we are not licenced to do so. I.3: A separated fee will be payable by the client for tipping out of the waste, rubbish or unwanted materials. I.3: We will be responsible only for the clearance of the waste, rubbish or unwanted materials but not cleaning or tiding up the premise.

J. Subcontract Rights

J.1: We will have the right to subcontract some or all of the work to our contractors and these conditions will still apply.

K. Under the law

K.1: Any dispute between us will be governed by the non-exclusive law and jurisdiction of the English or Scottish Courts of the law.

M. Employees

M.1: You will have to have right to work in the UK in order to be able to be hired in our company. M.2: You will have to respect the British values and equality M.3: You will have to be committed and take full responsibility for your duties. M.4: You will have to be punctual, well mannered, neat and tidy. M.5: The Van owners will be responsible to obtain and update their Van Business Insurance all the time working for our company
